You must provide your legal name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
Your login may only be used by one person - a single login shared by multiple teachers is not permitted. You may create separate logins for as many members (teacher, staff, parents, students) as you'd like (depending on System plan).
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Omnis Management, LLC cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to protect your login information, including your password.
You are responsible for all information/content, or “Data”, posted and activity that occurs under your account plan, which includes Data posted by users under you (ie. teachers, staff, parents, students).
You may not use the System for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the System, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
A valid credit card or PayPal account is required for making payment to account, once the free trial period has ended. Billing will not occur until trial period has ended.
Once your trial period has ended, a billing confirmation will be sent. If you choose not to pay once your trial has expired, your account will be suspended until payment is received.
The System is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. We do not allow upgrade/downgrade refunds or refunds for months unused with an open account. No exceptions will be made.
Modifications to the System and Fees
Omnis Management, LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the System at any time for any reason with or without notice.
Omnis Management, LLC reserves the right to change our monthly fees upon 40 days notice from us. Fee change notices may be posted to the System, on our website, or social media platforms.
Cancellation and Termination

If you are paying by PayPal, you are also responsible for canceling your PayPal subscription to Omnis Management, LLC in order to prevent them from sending further payments.
If you cancel the System before the end of your current paid month, your cancellation will take effect the end of that month, allowing you to finish your paid subscription period. No refund
Omnis Management, LLC, at its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the System for any reason at any time. Such termination of the System will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account and subscription or access to account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all data in your account. Omnis Management, LLC reserves the right to refuse the use of the System to anyone for any reason at any time.
Copyright and Data Ownership
Omnis Management, LLC owns the intellectual property rights to any and all protectable components of the System. You may not copy or use any of the documentation, artwork, programming, or coding of the System which Omnis Management, LLC owns.
Omnis Management, LLC claims no intellectual property rights over the data you upload or provide to the System. However, by using the System to send Data, you agree that others may view and share your Data.
Your use of the System is at your sole risk. The System is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You agree not to resell, duplicate, reproduce or exploit any part of the System without the express written permission of Omnis Management, LLC.
You may not use the System to store, host, or send unsolicited email (spam).
You understand that the System can be used for transmission of your data, and that during processing, your data, including invoices, payment reminders, and personal messages, may be transferred unencrypted over the internet.
You may not use the System to transmit any viruses, worms, or malicious data.
Omnis Management, LLC does not warrant that (i) the System will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the System will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the System will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, Systems, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the System will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the System will be corrected.
Omnis Management, LLC , its affiliates and its sponsors are neither responsible nor liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, and punitive or other damages arising out of or relating in any way to your use of the System. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the System is to stop using the System.

Omnis Management, LLC is committed to protecting and limiting the amount of personal data collected from you. The following applies to the use of personal data and information provided by you. Personal data and information may include your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address, provided by you or an admin of your studio. This information may also include your studio or business’ information (i.e.pricing, payments, schedules, location).
What data is being collected?
By registering yourself as an active user, we ask for your first and last name, as well as a valid email address. Additionally, your credit card information will be requested for payment and billing purposes. Omnis Management, LLC will not sell or share your personal information, except to provide services you request, with permission granted by you, or when required by law.

You also have the option to add additional information about yourself, such as your date of birth, phone number, mailing address, or Skype ID (for online lessons). This information can and will only be viewed by your business administration.
Who is collecting your data and how is it being collected?
While our system is used to store your personal data, we will never ask for this information directly. For business admin account users, we will ask for the required information needed to create you and your business an account, as well as any billing information for your monthly subscription.
For staff member, instructor, student, and parent accounts, we will not ask for any information up front. All data will be collected from your business administrator, staff member, or instructor. Omnis Management, LLC is not responsible for any mishandeling of data from a business or business administrator, including its staff and workers.
Why is your data being collected and how will it be used?
Personal data and information collected from you will only be used and stored in our system for the sole purpose of managing your scheduling, billing, communication, and organization of your lessons and classes. Information collected will be used to communicate automatic reminders of upcoming events, change to an event, and billing. Businesses may use our system to store your data for contact purposes.
User Account Descriptions:
A business administrator is someone who manages their studio business through Omnis Management. To become a business administrator, you must provide one of the offered payment processors (Stripe or PayPal) with your billing information. You can view these payment processors' private policies on their websites. They provide us with a token that represents your account, your card’s expiration date, card type and the last four digits of your credit card. If you provide them with a name and email address then they also provide us with that information. We collect and process information about the staff members, instructors, students, and parents you provide services to.
A staff member is someone who helps business administrators manage their studio business through Omnis Management. To become a staff member, a business administrator must create an account through their business administrator profile. They will provide the staff member’s first and last name, email address, and any additional information such as date of birth, phone number, and mailing address. Staff member accounts are not the same as instructor accounts and will not be able to be added as a teacher. A separate instructor account must be created to allow staff members to teach lessons. Staff member accounts will have access to business information such as scheduling, billing, and course handouts, as well as instructor, parent, and student information.
An instructor is someone who teaches students and manages lessons or classes through Omnis Management. To become an instructor, a business administration must create an account through their business administrator profile. They will provide the instructor’s first and last name, email address, and any additional information such as date of birth, phone number, mailing address, working hours, instruments or subjects they teach, and an about section. Instructors will have access to only their students’ first and last name, as well as their course or class information such as lesson notes, attendance, and discussion boards. Business administrators have the ability to grant rescheduling or cancellation access to instructors if needed. Instructors do have the ability to communicate with students or parents within the system through discussion board posts, private Q&As, and session remarks.
Students & Parents
A student or parent is someone who is taught or manages a child being taught through Omnis Management. To become a student or parent, a business administrator must create an account through their business administrator profile. They will provide the student and/or parent’s first and last name, email address, and any additional information such as date of birth, phone number, and Skype ID (for online sessions). Students and parents will have access to the business profile page (contact information, website, and studio policy). They will also have the option to request reschedule changes or cancellations, if granted by the business administrator. Online payments can also be made via PayPal or Stripe. Please note that these payments processors are integrated within Omnis Management and safely processed through PayPal and Stripes websites only. Omnis Management will not store your credit card information.
Modifying the Information in Your Account
You can modify certain information associated with your profile by visiting your profile page.
Disabling Your Account
You can disable your account by requesting the business admin of the school or organization that you are a part of, to close your account. Please be aware that this will disable access to your account, which may include payment records, uploaded learning content, and upcoming class scheduling. When you disable your account, we immediately remove your ability to log in.
