In order to change a user’s profile from an adult student account to a family account or vice-versa, you must first remove the current member’s profile from any courses they are involved in. After removing them from a course, you may delete that account (freeing up the member’s email), allowing you to create a new account with their email address. Once the new account is created, you will need to add the student(s) back to the current course. 1. Remove any student(s) from current lessons or classes 	Courses→ View → Roster → Change Status (Bar Icon) → Reject (Remove) → Update 2. Delete the current student or family account 	People → Delete (trashcan icon next to member’s name) 3. Create a new student or family profile account 	People → +Invite → Create Account → Save 4. Add new profile account to the course 	Courses→ View → Roster → +Add → Select Student → Update An email will be sent out when creating a new account and when adding the new account into the current course. No attendance or session remarks will be removed.
