Omnis Management
How do I access lesson materials?
Student/Parent Step-by-Step Guide

Honest question… do you really keep up with all of the lesson materials that your instructor hands you? If you answered ‘no’, then welcome to the majority!
We wanted to develop a product that not only stored your lesson materials, but also kept organized and made easily accessible. Give your folders and lesson teacher’s printer a break! We’ll take it from here.
Session Uploads vs. Course Uploads
Omnis splits uploaded lesson materials into two different drives: session uploads and course uploads. Session uploads include files or videos loaded to an individual session by an instructor. For example, your instructor might upload the exercises that you went over in your last meeting to specific session date. This gives you a quick way to locate the files and download.
Course uploads include ALL uploaded content from every session. This means that whatever can be seen under the session uploads, can be seen under course uploads. An instructor may upload materials to the course drive that might be worked on throughout the semester or over the span of a few weeks.
Whichever route you choose, we hope you find it simple and user-friendly! Below is a step-by-step guide on how to locate uploaded files or view videos.
